Our Environment

Envirian is committed to ensuring that all its employees follow the environmental policy and adhere to best practice wherever reasonably practicable. As the saying goes "There is no planet B ".

We are registered with the Environmental Agency with reference to their waste disposal policy.
Envirian believes it has a duty of care, not just to its employees or this generation, but to the future.

One of Envirian's first objectives was to take an in-depth look at the products available in the market place. The aim was to find a company that could supply products that would deliver the standard required and which was committed to improving the environment through the manufacturing process.
After a considerable amount of time we selected Selden Research. They have an environmental certificate that ensures us of the following:
- Only biodegradable surfactants are used.
- Selden abides by voluntary ban on nonyl phenyl.
- A high proportion of Selden’s raw materials come from renewable sources.
- Selden adheres to pioneering methods of waste disposal during the manufacturing process.
- Selden’s transportation and packaging policies minimise any environmental impact.

All of Envirian's suppliers have to meet stringent requirements with regard to environmental issues.

Envirian is committed to reducing impact on the environment through the delivery of its service by using the latest developments in technology, such as micro-fibre cloths. These cloths, when used in conjunction with plain water, form a capillary action that will remove soil and bacteria from all surfaces without the use of detergents. After extensive testing we have now introduced these cloths into all of our contracts.

Envirian will continue to keep up to date with new or improved systems of work and technology that will help it to reduce its impact on the environment, not just for tomorrow but for future generations.
